The Microsoft Windows code purchased did not work.
Hi Tyler. We got your email about two days ago but we haven't received any reply from you. You didn't tell us if you needed extra help. Please reply to our email so we figure out your issues. You can also read our blog for installation guides etc.
I'm sure some people are curious as to whether or not Qookeys is legit, and I can say that without issue I've managed to both purchase a windows key and use it as of June. Fast and efficient, thanks for the help Qookeys!
Qookeys solved a big problem for me with a reasonable cost. Everything worked as promised with no problem and no hassles.
Fast and easy transaction. Thank you so much! Great service.
everything went smooth and quick and worked great
I purchased a Windows 10 Professional key on this site the other day. Purchase was a breeze and seller communication timely and excellent. Activation with the key went smoothly, with no hiccups or glitches. I highly recommend Qookeys.
The key didn’t work, and i wasted my money
We tried to contact you, but you have not responded yet. We can't help you if you don't reply. Pretty sure you have not updated your Windows. For those experiencing the same issue don't forget to update your PC using Windows Updates. Always let us know if you have any problems.
Excellent service, I had a problem with the upgrade to windows 10 Pro and Han couldn't have been more helpful sorting out the problem.
Thought it was complete bs but figured I'd try to save money. It worked right away and now I have a full version of windows. Pretty amazing
awesome service quick to help even when I made a mistake
I recently put up a 1 star review after purchasing a key for Windows 10 Pro. I initially purchased the key to update my desktop and for some reason the key does not work. Idk why and after posting the review, Qookeys contacted me and requested to help fix it. I inadvertently deleted the email and could not respond,, so Kudos for that gesture as I appreciate the quick action. I attempted to edit my rating but was unable to do so. I decided the next day to attempt the key on my laptop to see if it had the same result... and to my surprise the key worked. Thank you. If there is a way to retract my previous rating, please tell me how. Thank you again.
Hi Renee. Thank you for revising your review. So to explain that to you and perhaps to everybody, the keys work. It’s very rare for a key to be faulty (which if it is, we’ll replace it for free). 95% of the time, a key would fail because of the state of your PC. In your example, your laptop is in a good state, which is why it had no problem accepting the key. Your desktop however will need some work. This is why we provide free tech support. The common reason would be that if your desktop has a bad key or other means of activation, it must be cleaned up first. We can try to re-arm your PC and if it has a bad key, we can try to remove it. Since you already used your key on the laptop, it will no longer work on your desktop. One key only valid for one pc. Hope that explains it. Have a great weekend Renee!
Hi Renee, We have sent you an email, LITERALLY one minute after we received your review here on Trustpilot. Until now, no reply from you whatsoever. Not to mention prior to leaving this review, you have not made a single attempt to contact us. Also, the fact that you are leaving this review after 1 month of your purchase. Why? Please REPLY to our email. We want to fix your order and we really want you to like us. To date, we have 3 bad reviews on our profile. I'm starting to think that these guys are our competitors purposely leaving bad reviews. None of these folks ever replied to us, not even requesting for a refund. I hope Trustpilot can have a look into these.
So I've been running an inactivated version of Windows 10 Pro on my PC for over a year and was getting fed up with my first monitor saying I should activate Windows. I never wanted to activate it since the price of 10 Pro was around $130! I went searching recently for some keys that would be cheaper and food Qookeys. I checked their reviews and they seemed legit enough. Paid on $35 and immediately received my key. Put in it the activation area of Settings and my PC was final activated. No problems whatsoever and was extremely fair with the price. Just shows how much of a rip off Microsoft's pricing is. Very glad I learned of this site and I hope others will use it as well.
The keys came almost instantly, very impressed with that, awsome! Definately the best experience I've had buying online..
Thank you for your kind words...
This was an easy transaction and the product worked exactly as described. Thanks again, Will
