We needed a rush order of embroidered name tags and he was very responsive and was able to complete our order in just in time.

I have used Quality Patches for several years now and can trust that the transaction will go exactly as planned. I have dealt with Simon Carlos every time and and he has always delivered. The patches arrive quickly, are very colorful and vibrant and the stitching is great.

I have been ordering patches for my business from them for over a year. When I was not fully satisfied they rushed me a new order immediately.

I placed my order on May 17th, a set of 10 chenille patches and 10 PVC patches. The first snag in my order appeared when I received the chenille patches on May 30th. I was surprised to find they had been shipped from Pakistan, in stark contrast to the California origin suggested on their website. My real disappointment began when I realized my PVC patches were missing entirely. I brought this to the company's attention, and initially, they accepted their mistake and promised a proper redo. I waited for over two weeks for this corrected order, only to be provided with an incorrect tracking number, which took another week to rectify. The second batch arrived on June 30th, and to my disbelief, it was an exact replica of the first, incorrect set. At this point, I had expected a certain degree of responsibility from QualityPatches. They had previously acknowledged their mistake and committed to rectifying it. As a last resort, I sent them images of the patches, showing clearly their deviation from the ordered colors. But it seemed this was the last straw for them - they stopped responding entirely. Despite their name, my pursuit of 'quality' patches has led me down a path of continual disappointment and frustration. I sincerely hope others don't have to go through the same. They are NOT from the USA like they claim and ship from Pakistan; so if all else is just a poor individual experience of mine at least you should know that they are clearly deceptive!

I have been coming back to Quality patches for all of my orders because of Simon Carlos. At this point he feels like an extension of the Mad Drops Pickeball team as he has been so attentive and caring for all of my orders. I am so appreciative to simon and quality patches. The product and customer service is exactly what I need. Always the best vendor to work with, and Simon is the best sales & customer service support I could ever ask for.

Everything was superb. From the customer service I received from Simon Carlos to the very fast timing it took to get the samples of my patches. Once I approved my samples and yes there were a few tweaks needed, which they fixed immediately, it took maybe a week to get in the mail.
