Rabby Wallet's False Advertising & Disgraceful Removal of PulseChain Support! Absolutely unacceptable. Rabby.io claims to support ALL EVM chains, yet they removed PulseChain without valid justification! This isn’t just poor service; it’s deceptive, irresponsible, and anti-user. Rabby Wallet was once considered a solid option, but this move proves they are unreliable and untrustworthy. If they can remove one major chain today, what’s stopping them from axing another tomorrow? Do you really want to trust your assets and transactions to a wallet that operates this recklessly? Rabby Wallet has officially lost my trust, and it should lose yours too!

Pathetic. Rabby was great until they delisted PulseChain out of nowhere—no real explanation, no transparency. It’s disappointing to see a wallet I trusted pull support for top 5 chain in the by volume without even the decency to give a legit reason. All this whilst intergrating other chains with far less volume and users,

Removed Pulsechain, now Rabby wallet is pointless to myself and many others. You guys where great for so long, recommended you to many, now just trash

Users BEWARE. This wallet will stop support abruptly after you use it. Your balance will show zero. Not a true defi wallet. Stay far far away if you want a good user experience. There are other wallets that are far more reliable.
Back to the future...
What has made Rabby special so far is that it had an innovative edge through the direct integration of the Pulsechain. Which back-world developer now had the idea to abandon this integration without any need or sense? Unfortunately, the manual option of inserting the chain and tokens no longer even displays the values, which is absolutely incomprehensible. I really hope that Rabby will reconsider this huge step backwards, otherwise Rabby is history for me. What a pity - for Rabby!

Not the most straightforward exchange 💱 🤔🤔 wasted much time and effort figuring out how to fund the gas account and swap currency/tokens etc. IF IT HELPS ANYONE .... ALWAYS‼️ FUND THE ACCOUNT 1st WITH SUFFICIENT AMOUNTS OF ETH ERC20. If not you can't do any transactions including funding the gas account ??? which seems very silly as ALL gas fees are deducted in ETH erc20 anyways ⁉️. If you're stuck to withdraw or swap just buy ETH erc20 on there site and if like me 3rd party Transak wouldn't complete the transaction for UK customers that's fine during the checkout process just copy and paste the ETH erc20 rabby wallet address given and then send the funds via any exchange you prefer. After that I was able to withdraw my funds very quickly and there ETH erc20 gas fees are very reasonable considering I wouldn't bother funding the allocated gas account ..... again just remember to buy ETH erc20 instead for gas... 🥵 smh.
Avoid or regret it
After using Rabby's new 'gas account' feature, my wallet was drained because the feature was released prematurely. Rabby's representatives on discord were extremely disrespectul, and utterly useless. One individual in particular named Eleanor (eleanor_0x) was obnoxiously obscene and totally unhelpful. When I expressed my disappointment, she accused me of being biased because she is trans. I had no idea she was trans, as this conversation was on Discord.
Superior Wallet
The best EVM wallet I've used. Custom RPC, fast response, plenty data, nice design... EVM experience can be very disappointing without Rabby: Far superior to Metamask or Core.
