Great CNC Work = Happy Customer
I’ve used RapidDirect several times. Those times my CNC project has come to me exactly how I wanted it. It seriously could not have been better! Most recently when I needed an order cancelled because I made a mistake in the file, my request was immediately responded to, and cancelled per my email. Thank you RapdiDirect!

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Rapid Direct. They are quick, courteous, and able to handle seemingly any design I come up with, no matter how big or small, complicated or more complicated. Their quality has been excellent and I love that they are able to coat/plate their parts with minimal extra processing time or cost associated with it. Our rep, Carina, is fantastic and always goes above and beyond to help us out, even at crazy times of the night. Truly one of the greatest companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

We've been working with RapidDirect for a few years and have used them for a range of processes — CNC machining, sheet metal, and even metal 3D printing (SLM). The parts consistently come out well-made, pricing is reasonable, and lead times are solid. No complaints from us, would definitely recommend.

Left a quote request on their website and was contacted quickly. Communication was professional and convenient. We were on a very tight schedule and were able to get the parts on time (3D PLA Print). Would definitely recommend.

RapidDirect did a good job in helping us transition our products from prototyping stage to pilot production stage. I'm happy with the balance between cost and lead time and their capability of multiple manufacturing methods (i.e., CNC-machining, 3D-printing). One thing I'd like to see improvement is on manufacturing process control moving towards mass production.
