I never received the item I purchased. This fact could not have been the fault of this seller, so I requested a refund. The inexcusable part is that they offered me a partial refund. My experience was terrible, buyer beware.
Poor quality
Poor quality, very glad I didn’t pay “normal” price, which I believe are fake anyway. The rings in the photos look very beautiful, but in reality... cheap jewelry. I feel sorry for my money. Won’t be ordering again!
ORDERING DIFFICULT
I sent an email telling you that originally I was going to order 4 sets of earrings then decided on two....Christmas tree and horse earrings. However, when the confirmation came it only showed the Christmas earrings and NOT the horse earrings. I ordered the horse earrings and NOW you send me a discount code which I can't use. I am disappointed in how this was handled. I only hope I am not disappointed in the earrings and don't receive TWO sets of the horse earrings (galloping horses). BUYER BEWARE - ordered 2 rings ($14.00 each). Didn't like and although correct size for me, didn't fit. Contacted within 30 days for return address, and never did get. Finally, response was $2.00 and keep the rings (what! didn't like & don't fit). No, was my comment. Then offered $4.00 and keep rings. Won't be getting further business from me. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

I was very disappointed that the “gold” wrapping rubbed off the first time I wore the ring (shopping!). The size was incorrect also, didn’t fit the finger I measured to wear it on. Poor quality, very glad I didn’t pay “normal” price, which I believe are fake anyway. Won’t be ordering again!

The way you are sizing is a bit confusing.. you don't say size, you say No.7 or No. 9 I didn't know at first if that was the number of the ring or the size of the ring.. I ordered 3 rings, all in size 7...the first one said size the other two said Number? It was confusing... I hope the rings are as lovely as they are in the pic.. thanks. Bj Cook
very bad set up for paying for order
Very bad time trying to pay for my order. The set up for payment was very confusing and they charged me 27.96 about 8 times. My bank was smart and refused the charges. I cancelled my order and recommend no one ever use this company to buy jewelry. Very poor set up for paying for orders. Very bad experience
