I received damaged merchandise and have contacted Rational Customer service several times. They have not responded to my emails and I have found there is no other way to reach them 😡

I spent lots of $ on an order that I never received! And when I wrote to them, they sent a picture of a T-shirt supposedly delivered to me and a picture of my delivery address. No pictures of boxes or packages. I rewrote asking for compensation and received a statement that it was delivered. And then when I went to put a review on their site, I was stopped and could only review if I acknowledged that I had received my order.

The pendant is nothing like the photograph and is of exceedingly poor quality. I bought it for my daughter who loves garnets. This is certainly not the colour of a garnet and the metal surround is an insult to the photograph. Not happy.

I ordered the fox and the walking bears rings, both in a size 6. The bear ring came in a size 8, which is too large. Neither ring had the dark shading to highlight the design. I am not pleased with my purchase.
