I received email confirmations. Gift never arrived and now the rationalu website is gone. NEVER order products from vendors Facebook. UPDATE: I finally received an email from support 1/21/25 suggesting the package was en route, but I also use a security software app that says rationalu’s website contains malware. They tried to over charge me with a hidden fee and I requested a refund immediately from PayPal with proof of the original total that was 10 bucks less. I tried to cancel the order when the "accidental" charge was made (literally as soon as I received the receipt) They told me they were unable to cancel because it had already shipped! There was NO way it could have shipped that quick. The "support" stopped replying to me after I caught them in that lie...... just a horrible experience all around.
