This company is a scam. I ordered an item and the smell that came from it was horrible. I contacted customer support for a return, I have completed all the info required and all I am getting is crickets. They will not respond and after contacting the Better Business Bureau I was told the address given on their site is also bogus. There is no phone number listed and the emails go unanswered. Save yourself the headache and don’t order a thing. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. I think theyre trying to dodge the emails about the return requests, despite their website stating they offer returns... sooooo... be wary... ive never experienced customer service that take overs 2 weeks to figure out how to try to return an item... ?!!!!!!! If it ever does happen which at this point im doubting...
