This company uses images of other doll artists work and sends a completely different doll. The doll I received was a mass produced hard plastic doll made in a factory in china. They send me a 25% refund which doesn’t compensate for my daughter’s birthday being ruined. I wouldn’t even give them 1star, it’s more like a negative score. Horrendous quality and looks nothing like the photo, false advertisement in my eyes. The hair is super thin and the body just feels like plastic. Definitely not worth the money. On the disappointment of arrival, I had items missing too, I emailed to discuss my issues and how awful the quality was. The customer service was good to be honest, they responded quickly. However they tried to say that reborn dolls are handmade products, and each doll is individually crafted. Due to the handmade process, there may be SLIGHT differences in details such as facial features, coloring, hair rooting, and overall appearance compared with the product photos shown on the website. I wanted to include pictures so you can make your own mind up, but it won't let me. Worst purchase I have made and glad I ordered early for Christmas so I can order a new one elsewhere. They have refunded me 25% which is £20 when I spent £82 on this awful order. So in total I have lost £62. I am going to Trading Standards and citizen advice as this is not on. Unfortunately, the doll we received bore very little resemblance to the product advertised on the website. It appeared to be a generic doll rather than the specific model we ordered. We purchased a 16-inch doll, yet the one supplied measured only 14 inches. It was also advertised as weighing 2,500g but actually weighed approximately 1,500g. The clothing included with the doll was significantly oversized and therefore unusable. The quality of the doll's hair was particularly disappointing. Rather than being properly rooted, it appeared as though a wig had simply been attached. Immediately strands of hair began to come out and within a very short period of normal use, the hair began falling out in large clumps. The doll has now lost around half of its hair and is visibly balding, which has been upsetting for my daughter, who has taken great care of it. I contacted the company in an attempt to resolve these issues, but my concerns were dismissed. The only resolution offered was a 20% discount on a future purchase, which I found wholly inadequate given the circumstances. As a result of this experience, I have no intention of ordering from the company again. The company repeatedly stated that the warranty period had expired and therefore they could not assist. However, when I asked for clarification regarding the length of the warranty period, as no such information appears to be available on their website, my question went unanswered. Had I read the existing reviews before making my purchase, I would not have ordered from this company. I had the worst experience this year (2025 Christmas) I ordered my dolls during the Black Friday sale and not only did the packing and boxes come broken, ripped in all 3 orders but the product quality was horrible and they sent the wrong dolls. Materials plastic not silicone on one doll, wrong doll hair/face on second doll and the silicone most expensive doll was suppose to be painted hair but they sent a doll with hair that comes out with touch. It's shedding everywhere and not looks like Cramer from Senfield with just light handling. I was so disappointed and continued to email back and forth with the company to have them ship my correct order. They wouldn't acknowledge this and said if I wanted a refund I had to ship the dolls at my own expense back to China and once they received the incorrect product they would refund me.
