I went online did a little research on their website finally i found this company Support help which is THE ADMITTED THEIR, MISTAKE THAT THEY SENT ME THE CRAP DOLL finally they provide return shipping info and I also received my amount back from this company finally, return this CHEAP LOOKING DOLL back TO THE COMPANY I would like to tell anyone and everyone

I LOVED HER!!!!!!!

So my daughter's baby girl came, and she was beautiful. She looked almost exactly how we ordered her. I would have given it five stars except for 2 things. One, it took forever to get here; I ordered it July 30th but she came August 23rd, so that was disappointing. And two, the box was dented a lot and we were nervous she was damaged, but she was perfect, and overall she was amazing! It was worth that $80.00. My daughter is absolutely thrilled and she thinks any little girls would like this doll!

Better than reviews suggest!

Having read the reviews after I’d ordered a reborn for my daughter, I was a bit worried. I tried to email the company but they just bounced back. However, within 2 weeks it had arrived and I was pleasantly surprised! Ok the box was a bit dented but the doll was very good quality and exactly as I ordered. Seems a bit of a lottery ordering here but I guess I was lucky.

I brought off this site. Then majorly panicked as I read these reviews. Told my daughter (10) not to expect too much... She expected a demon baby with horns 😂 but what we received was actually much better than we expected. The magnetic dummy and bottle was also an added bonus. Even though slightly different to the picture on the website, my daughter fell in love with it and hasn't put her down since it arrived!

My story is like many others. The doll I received was not what I ordered but!!!!!!!!11 I ordered it on 23-02-2021 MANAGED TO GET MY REFUND AT FIRST !!!!!!! The baby I ordered is missing their eyebrows and hair, has blue ears and red lines all over her feet The doll I received was UGLY and cheap. NOTA REBORN. My daughter had been begging for one of these dolls. I ordered two - one for her and one for my other daughter. I paid extra for the heartbeat too. One showed up within a reasonable time - NO HEARTBEAT. NOTHING LIKE THE PRODUCT THAT THEY PROMISE YOU... Totally wrong order altogether wrong doll wrong body type

I ordered a set of twins callista & adonie with the silicone bodies and only received one vinyl body doll that wasn't even one of the twins that I originally ordered I am very disappointed and emailed the company insisting a total refund of my money

Maybe I’m a lucky one

Maybe I’m a lucky one. The only bad review is the processing time. My daughter loves her doll. Nothing wrong with her except she doesn’t have the heartbeat and cooing. I would definitely buy again. Took a month to get her because I didn’t know she came from China. I bought it from myreborndollshop.com. Y’all have to be careful where you purchase it because there’s a lot of knockoff sites.

Nice doll, annoying process

I ordered a beautiful doll in November 2020 as a Christmas present for my daughter. It shipped promptly then got stuck in the US for weeks. I called the postal service and was told the item had not actually been shipped, and I was scammed. I was unable to reach the company. I gave it up for lost. Unexpectedly, on December 28th, it showed up at my door. It doesn’t coo or have a heart beat like I ordered, but the doll is very realistic and beautiful.

Don't expect too much...

I ordered two dolls. It said they were silicone vinyl which now I know there's no such thing it's either silicone or its vinyl, they're hard and light as a feather. I was missing products that I bought with them one of the Dolls The pacifier sticks to the side of her face instead of her mouth with the magnet. Getting someone on the phone is impossible and emails are slow to answer with pitiful monetary refunds being offered. My granddaughter does not want a baby that the pacifier magnetizes to her cheek I'm sorry no. Y'all need to send me another doll. I can get past the fact that neither one of them look anything like the picture, it took me forever to figure out which was which I decided to go with hair color .just know that if the price is too good to be true then it probably is and expect a pitiful version of what you ordered not a bad doll you know if it wasn't trying to suck a pacifier through its cheek but not worth almost $100

They sent me the wrong doll and refused to take back the wrong one and send the correct one. Offered me coupon for another purchase! SCAM!!!!!!

I ordered two dolls and received them last evening. They are not silicone, as I thought, but 100% vinyl and are not the dolls I actually ordered but they are really pretty dolls so I'll keep them.

I ordered my doll back in may got it this month august. It was the wrong doll but she was beautiful journey we ordered vanessa but fell in love with her would love to try and get vanessa but afraid to order her because. I dont want to end up with another journey or something else but journey is beautiful

I got this doll for my 11th birthday from my mom and dad , I love 💗 him so much , he is the best , the only problem is in the picture he had a super cute outfit but arrived in a onesie, but he arrived in great condition, I love him so much...

Unbelievable: I received it after 2 months

Yesterday I wrote a very rude review because I was thinking I had been fooled. I was calling them bandits and asking my money back because it as almost 2 months of waiting and the delivery tracking was something totally misleading. I opened yesterday a claim with Paypal to have my money back. What a surprise that today I received it. General condition was reasonable for the price I paid. Just the heartbeating that I paid for, but did not get it (does not work). The doll is nice and just the hair could have more volume. I am canceling my old review and writing this one.

Cute Doll

Received the doll today and looks like a real baby. Shipping box was in rough shape and may be a bit over priced but other than that a good experience. My daughter is very excited to get her baby!

I haven't gotten my doll yet but my dad purchased it but we probably should have looked up the site first because now i'm seeing all these bad reviews and now i'm that I get one of the few good doll because I have seen some good reviews but no a lot so i'm hoping and praying that I get a good one or else i'll feel really bad for making my dad spend almost $120 dollars on me.
