Reborns.com

So glad you had a positive experience! Thanks for using my platform!

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, especially given that the doll was for your daughter. I can understand how disappointing and frustrating it must be to notice issues like paint wear so soon, and to feel dismissed when you reached out for help. Reborn dolls are delicate, hand-painted art pieces, and even with careful handling, wear can sometimes occur over time. That said, your concerns are completely valid, and you should have been treated with respect when you contacted the seller. Many independent artists do set their own policies around returns and refunds, which is why we encourage buyers to review those details, along with seller feedback and history, before purchasing. However, that doesn’t change the importance of clear, respectful communication when problems arise. I also want to clarify that you’re not without options for support. You can always reach out directly to the seller, but you’re also welcome to contact me as the site owner and admin. I’m here to help however I can and will do my best to assist in resolving situations like this.

Thanks for using our service and for leaving us such a nice review.

So happy to hear you love your doll! Thank you!! 💕

Love hearing you are so happy with your adoption from Marjorie! She is so talented! Thanks for using my platform to adopt Jasmine. 🤗💕

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your doll. That’s always disappointing, and I can understand why you’d feel frustrated. I’m glad to hear you’re in touch with the artist. Hopefully the two of you can work together to find a solution that feels fair and leaves you feeling better about the outcome. I also wanted to gently mention that this review page is meant for feedback about Reborns.com as a platform, rather than individual artists or their work. If you’re open to it, it would be helpful if you could move your review to the artist’s page on Reborns.com instead of here. That way your feedback reaches the right place and helps keep the platform reviews focused on the overall service. I greatly appreciate your understanding, and I hope everything gets resolved in a positive way for you.
