Absolutely disgraceful experience. I ordered a custom office table four months ago, and despite the goods clearing customs on 27 August 2026, I still have no delivery date or ETA. Numerous emails have led nowhere, and customer service is practically non-existent, with communication limited to WhatsApp. Four months of waiting with no clear answers is completely unacceptable! Don’t be fooled by a flashy website. Based on my experience, I strongly urge buyers to think twice before ordering. We have continued following up with our logistics partner throughout this process and have also reviewed this experience internally to improve delivery communication for future customers. So clearly there are question marks over those reviews just like there are question marks over this company operating out of China. They took over 2 months to deliver my table, If it had been stated before purchase it would take that long then I would never have purchased. However, the estimated delivery timeframe was stated on our product page and shipping policy before purchase, as some of our furniture pieces are made-to-order and shipped internationally. The cancellation request was also made after the order had already been processed and shipped. Our website policy clearly explains that cancellations at this stage may incur cancellation fees due to production and shipping costs already incurred. Despite this, the customer ultimately received a full refund, while the related losses and fees were absorbed by us.
