What they sent is absolutely nothing like what was ordered and their ‘after sales customer service’ (if you can call it that) just send generic emails about their return policy. That policy states the buyer must pay for returns and they will review the item on return before they refund you. What’s the betting you don’t get the refund? Their policy also says if the item is damaged that the buyer doesn’t need to pay for freight but this gets completely ignored when emailing them.
