Prior to this rental being completed, we determined that the transaction was fraudulent. We reached out via email, phone, text message on multiple ocassions to try to validate the transaction after it was flagged by our fraud detection department. Because there was no response to our requests, the transaction was canceled and the card refunded. We always pay all of our owners and we work very hard to ensure that all transactions are legitimate to ensure the safety of owners, renters, and their equipment. This individual contacted us after writing this review demanding payment to have the review removed.
