When setting up a landlord subscription, there's a payment screen that shows the plan selected, the payment details entered, and the exact amount to be charged before anything goes through, so nothing is billed without that being visible upfront. Tenants always pay RentRedi directly for their own credit and background checks. In order to use tenant screening, landlords have a subscription and this also covers full access to the platform, not just screening. This is more cost effective if you're sending out multiple applications or screening several interested renters over time. You can store all applications and screening reports in one place in order to determine the best renter for your unit.

RentRedi's platform will likely have updated, depending on your last use of the product. We make very meaningful updates to our platform and product that have been shaped directly by feedback from landlords like you, so we're always working to make the experience better, not more complicated. 

Our 24/7 live chat support team can pull up your account, walk through exactly what you were charged for, and help with anything on the site you found difficult to use going forward.
