Hi Debbie, Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be to invest in a professional resume and then receive rejections. That said, we hope you'll give it a little more time. It's only been three days since we delivered your resume, and even the most highly qualified candidates often face rejections early in their search. Regarding your ATS concerns, every resume we create is optimized for applicant tracking systems. I've personally reviewed yours and can confirm it's properly formatted. That said, a strong resume and ATS optimization alone can't guarantee interviews. Hiring decisions are influenced by many factors including competition, experience requirements, timing, and employer preferences. We'll reach out over email to address your concerns, and please know we're here to help. We also want you to know that with our 60-Day Interview Guarantee, we'll rework your resume for free if you don't get interviews within that time frame. We're in your corner and look forward to helping you succeed. Keith Wolf CEO / Co-Founder ResumeSpice
