Definitely a pattern here. I ordered jigsaw advent calendars in October (mid November now)and no contact or confirmation. No reply to follow up emails to their contact address for customer @ ricife.co.uk. Advert seen on TikTok and thought I’d give it a go. Clearly wish I hadn’t and will contact the bank to recall funds.

I ordered two Christmas jigsaw puzzles in October which I saw advertised on Facebook... I have emailed this company twice and have had no response... not happy !
Would rate a minus if possible. Ordered 2 small gift items on line & provided credit card, personal address & shipping details. Amount paid by bank. Tried to contact but only method available seemed to be via Messenger. Received auto robot reply that my query woule be investigated. Then received message that unable to find any of the details provided & requested copy of payment form or Credit Card Transaction Reference. Provided that as requested & given that they had received payment for an untraceable order asked that the amount be refunded. Received another auto reply asking for details as already provided previously. Just going round in a loop. Total scam. Now in progress of activating claim via my credit card company. AVOID USING THIS BUSINESS!!!!
Ordered clock, fake Evri number given, not replying to emails.
Why do I always check here after I placed an order??? I placed an order with the "company" and got a confirmation email. I then heard nothing and have emailed several times but no response. There is no number to contact them directly and the confirmation email comes from a "noreply" email address. I am now raising a claim with my bank to try and get my money back. If you have come here BEFORE ordering, well done you and please give this company a wide berth as I wish I had done.
I bought four Dark Forest Calendars for presents after seeing the product advertised on FB. Turns out this company posts from China and most of the pictures inside are tacky.
Absolutely awful rip off! No customer service, a fake tracking number.. terrible quality calendar, couldn’t even turn the pages! Spent £15! No come back..straight into the bin!
I ordered a calendar paid for the calendar and postage. It arrived and was for 2023. It clearly said 2024 on the site description Cannot contact them to return it so assume this was a scam. DON'T touch them with a bargepole

Ordered items. They arrived. One was wrong, tried contacting them by email to sort. No one answered the emails. Stuck with items I didn’t ask for as they got the odder totally wrong.

DO NOT USE! AVOID!! Placed an order for over £40. I didn’t read the reviews until the day after (I wish I had). I requested the order to be cancelled and refunded the next day, which is only 1 business day. The company policy states orders are dispatched 2-3 working days after order being placed, therefore I thought this would be a relatively easy request. I thought I’d better open up a complaint though PayPal to be on the safe side. I received an e-mail stating they couldn’t refund me and I need to close my PayPal complaint before they could. Sneaky of them, as once a complaint is closed through PayPal it can not be reopened. They have been absolutely shocking, hardly responded and have ignored all my requests to cancel the order and refund me and stated I need to wait for delivery. I’ve informed them I don’t want the goods anymore or anything to do with their company and believe it’s a scam. Save yourself the stress, time and money and shop elsewhere, like Amazon, where cancellations and returns are easy and customer service are helpful.
Awful cheap products I ordered Christmas decorations - order took 3 weeks to arrive. Order was incorrect and there is no response from their customer service email. AVOID AVOID AVOID I'd give them 0 stars if it was an option

I ordered 2 calendars on 26 September 23 - it is now 12 October 23 All I received was confirmation of payment/order. I have since emailed , commented on their FB page - absolutely no response I have never had this happen before and I wonder if these will ever turn up
Item arrived damaged.. box and item crushed ..4 emails sent ..no reply..spent £35 on gift .. wish i had researched first ..dont buy !!
