Do not trust this company! I bought a Chicago Bears sweatshirt that was advertised as vintage and what I got was absolute garbage! If you look at the pictures of what was advertised on the website versus what I got, you can see it is not the same product. What I received is a very thin polyester garbage top. I can’t even say sweatshirt because when I dared to try this on, it’s not warming at all. On top of that, they do not accept refunds, and they said that the reason for the differences is due to the “lighting”? I pointed out that the inside of the sweatshirt they advertise is orange but what I got is white and what they advertise as vintage and worn along the hems is not what I got, not even close. I cannot say this enough, do not buy from this company!

### ★★☆☆☆ 20 days in and still no conformation

20 days in and still no conformation on my order. Had similar issues to other reviewers where they have one inactive email address (service(at)riimall.com) and another who briefly replied to my emails, and seemed clueless about the information I'd provided them about my order, shortly before ignoring my further attempts at communicating with them (support(at)riitek.com). I'm simply left to wait for the minimum 30 days wait before NatWest allows me to file a charge-back against my purchase as they never provided an estimated delivery date.

I'm still awaiting an unexpected delivery by them like other reviewers experienced, but what's worse is I know the product's good for the price (the RK100+ keyboard) as my previous one lasted several years of constant use before wearing down. However, I must have made the order through a third-party like Amazon last time, as I never had this issue before. And so, I've been left with a broken keyboard with no replacement for just over 20 days now, thankfully Windows has a virtual keyboard.

There was no order confirmation, no shipping notification, no sign they had received my order or were responding to it in any way. I contacted them twice, with 2 different emails of theirs, one is not active the other ignored my email. I had no idea if there was anybody even aware of my order until the item arrived today.
I'm happy with the condition the item arrived in but I wish they had some communication.
