On cancelling: it's done in your profile under "Manage subscription" rather than through the app itself, which is why deleting the app didn't stop the charges - we should make that clearer, and we hear you on that. The $62 charge is something we'd like to look into directly on your account.

我通过 Apple App Store 购买了 RiseGuide 订阅，价格约为 19 欧元。购买后，应用程序没有显示任何订阅选项，没有有效性信息，也无法取消。因此，我认为该应用程序没有被购买。

我多次寻找取消订阅的方法，但应用程序没有提供取消选项，也没有关于续订的明确信息。续订时，我在没有任何明确通知的情况下被收取了 49.99 欧元的费用。

后来，当第三笔交易发生时，我意识到订阅已激活，我不得不直接向公司发送电子邮件取消订阅。取消选项是隐藏的，很难找到。

这种设计使得用户取消订单变得极其困难，并且给人一种误导的感觉。许多用户似乎都面临着类似的问题。

联系支持后，该公司同意100%退款，但过程压力很大且不明确。订阅系统对于用户来说应该更加透明。

我分享这个是为了让其他人知道在订阅设置时要小心。
