We’re glad the pickup, drop-off, and RV were generally positive, but we understand your disappointment with the condition of the vehicle and the lack of responsive roadside assistance during the tire issue. Your comments regarding the service and overall value have been shared with our team for review. (2026-07-22): We appreciate your positive feedback regarding our customer service and the overall value of your rental.
