We have a strict teacher selection process, and it’s important for us that a teacher can connect with the student and act as a mentor, explaining complex concepts in a simple and clear way. We will continue striving to maintain a comfortable and friendly atmosphere in our lessons! (2025-11-18): Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience — we are truly sorry that the trial lesson upset your daughter. This is not the standard we aim for. To properly investigate the situation and pass the information on to our academic team, we need to clarify the teacher’s name. We will definitely look into what happened and take appropriate action. We would also be happy to offer your daughter a free trial lesson with another, more gentle instructor so she can feel comfortable and see what our lessons are meant to be like. Please email us at clients@rts.school with your name so we can locate your account and identify which teacher conducted the trial lesson — we’ll begin reviewing the case right away. (2025-12-04): Thank you for your feedback! We’re delighted to hear that your son, who is passionate about technology, considers this experience his first truly positive one. We will continue striving to provide engaging and rewarding lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence in every student.
