I ordered two pairs of shoes, through a Tiktok ad this past December and they weren’t delivered. I was advised another order would be shipped yet again, I never received the order. Since February 10, 2026, I have been told by email that they were refunding me however it has yet to be done and they keep telling me that it’s “in process”. Do not order anything from this so-called company! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Buyer beware..... Horrible company to order from - Courtney Zachery · 2026-04-06 I ordered some dresses on February 11th and they somehow shipped them to Illinois (I live in Atlanta). So I reached out to customer service and they claimed that the address they shipped them to was the one I had on file. Mind you, I've never lived in that state and I've never ordered from this site before. So they claim that they would do expedited shipping, but that took another 3 weeks and they claimed that they indeed delivered it to my correct work address. Once again, it didn't show up and there's no signature/picture proof, so I have no idea if they actually delivered it. So I reached out to customer service again and they claim they could only allow a 70% refund. I told them that I paid 100%, so I want 100% of the product or 100% of my money back. They claim that they would give me a full refund but it's going to take 15-25 days. This is unacceptable because they took my money right away when I ordered, I've waited over a month to get the items that never showed up, now I have to wait almost another month to hopefully get my money back. I honestly think this company does this in hopes of people forgetting that they've even ordered or is due a refund so that they can profit from getting people's money without delivering the goods.
