dear Customer, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. As our products are packed manually, it is possible that your transfer sheet was unintentionally left out during the packaging process. We sincerely apologize for this oversight and any inconvenience it may have caused. We previously contacted you via email to better understand the issue and to provide an appropriate warranty solution; however, we have not yet received your response. Could you kindly check your inbox (and spam folder, if necessary) and reply to us at your earliest convenience? Once we receive your confirmation and additional details, we will promptly arrange the most suitable resolution for you. We truly appreciate your patience and look forward to your reply. Kind regards, Sarah

Hello, We’re sorry if our product did not meet your expectations. However, based on the email conversation between us, it is clear that the images you provided were edited using Gemini to fabricate “evidence” of peeling and poor quality. For that reason, your warranty request cannot be accepted. We provide warranty support only when there is genuine, verifiable proof. We know our materials and production process well, and a quickly generated AI image is not something that can mislead us. We will not waste time attempting to “make you happy” simply to persuade you to change a negative review. We hope leaving a 1-star review brings you the satisfaction you seem to be seeking. rustypod support team
