Nobody over here is trying to dodge you or keep your money Could definitely be a bad batch of resin in the tank, happens sometimes. But sometimes it's also the water supply. The water is never the same all over the country, and it sounds like your particular areas have extremely hard water. Also, how did you have your softener setup, do you have a whole rv filtration system before or after the softener in series? For any model you choose going forward, you should setup pre-filters ahead of your softener. Updated on May 21st, 2024 Pam, you purchased the product through amazon Prime and it was fulfilled by amazon. You could have easily returned your purchase via amazon and had a full refund already. But you didn't do that. Now it has been too long and amazon won't even allow you to automatically return the item. So you have reached out to us to return it because it didn't work as you had anticipated. We are still accepting of your return for a full refund. And I replied to your email on Friday May 17th, including a copy of that communication below. So I don't know what you are talking about, we have done nothing buy try to help you out, even though you have been using the product for over 6 months now. But it is your satisfaction that we do guarantee, all you need to do is ship the product back to us and I can refund your transaction in amazon.
