I live in a secured building with 24 hour security and cameras all around the outside and halls of the building. We reviewed all the footage of the cameras and it showed no delivery at all. I contacted ryxra and they claimed it was definitely delivered and that maybe it was stolen. Definitely did not happen because we watched the camera footage.After a bit of disputing the issue they agreed to send another shipment to replace the lost package. Now the tracking states that the new order was delivered yesterday (5/2/26) however once again NOTHING! Ryxra is a scam 100%!
