Hi there, I’m sorry this delivery is taking longer than expected. I checked the tracking and it did receive a new scan/update yesterday, which usually means it’s moving again. With the recent snowstorm and holiday shipping rush, USPS has been running behind in many areas, and we apologize for the delay. If you’d like, please reach out to our support team with your order number and we can take a closer look and help directly. Best, Ryza Support

Sorry this was your experience, and thanks for trying the RyzaPod 4-pack. When a pod colonizes but won’t fruit, small tweaks usually fix it: mist until the surface just glistens, add the humidity dome, keep temps 60–70 °F, and lift the dome briefly 2–3 times a day for fresh air and to check moisture level. Please email [email protected] with a couple photos so we can troubleshoot one-on-one and help you get to a harvest.
