For several weeks, we have been trying to contact the SaaSZilla team through multiple channels (email, support chat, Messenger, LinkedIn) without receiving any response. The main issue is that we are unable to access our vendor account. Every attempt to log in redirects us either to a customer account or to a "Something went wrong" error page. Even the password reset process does not solve the issue. Meanwhile, sales of our Lifetime Deal have been made through the platform, but we have no visibility on these orders, no access to the vendor dashboard, and no information regarding payouts. At this point, we simply want to regain access to our vendor account, receive the funds from the sales already completed, and remove our product from the marketplace. We hope this review will help us finally get in touch with someone from the SaaSZilla team and resolve the situation. ### ★☆☆☆☆ SaaSzilla is a scam company - Hak · 2026-01-14 I bought a Tier 2 deal through SaaSZilla, but once I started using the app, I found it less valuable than expected because it still needs years of development to reach the expected production level. The founder ran a clear cash grab, listed the business for sale just 2 months after the deal, and by July 2025 the platform shut down completely. When buyers reported this, SaaSzilla stalled, then made fake promises of refunds in credits. It has been over a month since that “announcement” and they’ve completely ghosted us, no responses to emails, comments, or support tickets. Meanwhile, they continue to push new deals and take commissions, while refusing to take responsibility for the losses of existing customers. This shows SaaSzilla prioritizes profit over buyers and uses empty promises as damage control. Be warned: SaaSzilla is not a trustworthy platform. I purchased Eyeris through Saaszilla (nearly £200), set everything up properly, and used my Gmail for the account because I knew my website would soon be closing. When I contacted Eyeris support about migrating away from WordPress and WooCommerce, things went downhill fast. Without consulting me, they changed my login to force me to use my soon-to-be-closed website. My access was cut off, despite me explaining exactly why that wouldn’t work. It took three months of headaches and chasing to get access restored—and by then, my Saaszilla purchase had effectively disappeared. All I was offered was a “free account,” which is nowhere near what I paid for. I reached out to Saaszilla expecting some backup. Instead, there was nothing—no help, no accountability, no support for the customer who actually bought through them. After this mess, I won’t be risking my money with Saaszilla again. From now on, I’ll stick with AppSumo. At least they’ve proven they stand by their customers when things go wrong.
