- customer · 2026-07-27

(2026-07-15): Thank you for your detailed 3-star review, JC. We appreciate the specific feedback about your experience.

Your observations about the "advanced" label including teen driving content is fair - we understand how that could feel misaligned with expectations. The redundancy you mentioned with the school crossing sign appearing in multiple lessons is also valuable feedback, and the disconnect between test questions and segment content is a concern we want to address.

We'll have our curriculum team review these issues to ensure the course content is properly organized, labeled accurately, and that test questions align with the material covered in each segment. Course coherence and reducing unnecessary repetition are important to us.

Thank you for taking the time to share such constructive feedback. If there are other specific examples of these issues, our customer service team would appreciate hearing them so we can investigate further.

Thank you for choosing Safety Sense Solutions!

- Martin Munoz · 2026-06-15

(2026-07-15): Thank you for your 5-star review, Martin! We're glad you enjoyed the course and found the content informative. We're also pleased to hear that it reestablished your concern for safety and will benefit other drivers on the road.

Your suggestion about showing which questions you got wrong is valuable feedback. Being able to see specific questions and understand where you went wrong would definitely help with learning and grasping concepts. We'll take that into consideration as we look for ways to improve the exam experience.

Thank you for choosing Safety Sense Solutions!

(2026-03-30): Thank you for this thoughtful 5-star review, Tristan! We're thrilled to hear that you found the material substantive and useful, and that you genuinely learned a lot. That's exactly what we aim for.

We really appreciate you recognizing that the timers and emphasis on certain topics like alcohol and drugs are largely driven by state requirements rather than our own choices. Your understanding of that distinction means a lot, and we're glad those aspects didn't detract from your overall positive experience.

We're also pleased to hear that our support options, trial feature, refund policy, and unlimited retakes gave you peace of mind, even if you didn't need to use all of them. Making the course accessible and low-risk for students is important to us.

Thank you for the detailed feedback and for choosing Safety Sense Solutions!

- Elizabeth Walters · 2026-01-21

(2026-01-22): Thank you for your thoughtful 5-star review, Elizabeth! We're thrilled to hear that the course sparked some new awareness about safety, especially regarding distracted driving. That kind of self-reflection about phone use and distractions is exactly the type of real-world impact we hope to have.
