I received confirmation and that I would have to wait for packaging then that the goods had been shipped from China! Needless to say I received nothing! Luckily it was only £43 but even so it's amazing that they get away with it. ### ★☆☆☆☆ A follow up - Dido · 2024-06-16 A follow up. No refund and stopped replying to emails. Total scam. Spent close to £100. Luckily my bank refunded me the same day I contacted them. Obviously they are a recognised scammer site. Unbelievably they are still trading??!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience - Sabine Kurz · 2024-05-27 Horrible Experience - Possible Scam Alert I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sausoaltos. I placed an order several weeks ago and have yet to receive my package. Despite numerous attempts to get a tracking number, the one provided was invalid and completely useless. It feels like I've been scammed. Their customer service is non-existent. They don't respond to emails, and there is no phone number to call. I spent a considerable amount of money, and I have nothing to show for it. This company is a complete nightmare to deal with, and I would strongly advise against doing business with them. Save your money and avoid Sausoaltos at all costs. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, and seem to be running a scam. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I will be reporting them to consumer protection agencies. Do not make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Sausoaltos! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Totally scam - Josefine Franklin Skotte · 2024-05-18 Totally scam Never order from here again I never received my order, and they are not responding to me at all ### ★☆☆☆☆ SCAM site - LHartland · 2024-05-14 SCAM site, gave me a tracking number to say that my item was delivered and wont answer my emails.
