Outstanding customer service is paramount to our business and great reviews let others know that we can be trusted to do right by our customers every time. I believe that our response time was extremely expedient, and your order arrived at your local post office in less than 24 hours for delivery to your address. I believe that it is USPS who is entirely responsible for this delay. We are asking that you please revise your 1- star review you had previously left to reflect the level of customer service, commitment, and products you received directly from The Spice and Tea Shoppe and not from USPS. Thank you and warmest regards, Lindy ### ★★★★★ 这家商店是一个很棒的发现 - handydandy · 2023-11-09 · 已验证 无论您是在网上还是在里诺商店购物，这都是一个很棒的发现，非常适合存放家庭食品储藏室和精美的礼物选择！ (2023-11-14): Thank you so much for your glowing review!
