I paid $318 for my order and even paid approximately $30 EXTRA for expedited shipping because I wanted the watch as soon as possible. Instead, I have received no watch, no meaningful shipping update, and essentially no customer service. I have repeatedly tried contacting them through their live chat and have received no response. I have also sent multiple emails and have not received a proper response there either. At this point, I genuinely feel like I have been scammed out of $318. You take a customer's money—including additional money for expedited shipping—and then don't ship the product or communicate with the customer? That is completely unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that I originally believed I was purchasing through an official San Martin operation. Had I known I would be dealing with this level of communication and uncertainty, I would have purchased elsewhere. I buy a lot of watches, and I understand that shipping delays can happen. That's not the issue. The issue is taking someone's money and then ignoring them when they ask where their order is. A legitimate customer should not have to chase a company repeatedly just to find out what happened to a paid order. Unless this company immediately responds, provides legitimate tracking showing that my watch has actually shipped, or refunds my full $318, I cannot recommend purchasing from this website. Buyer beware.
