The camera has been working great until recently. We started having some issues with the video not coming up on the screen. I bought a new camera head thinking that was the issue, but it still wouldn't work. I reached out to Sanyipace for troubleshooting and due to several factors, a replacement was needed. We ended up being a little outside of our warranty but this company was generous enough to go ahead and honor a replacement. I appreciate their prompt response on this matter and their great customer service. Getting the replacement will help us continue to serve our customers. They didn't inform me it was going to take longer than the 3-7 days. It finally arrived August 20th, when I ordered it July 30th. They replaced it free of charge, not even charging me for shipping on the replacement parts. I also broke the coil line trying to get into a tight corner of the sewer line I was scoping. When I told them that I was trying to get my house back on the market to sell, they immediately upgraded the shipping of the parts at no charge. The unit is well constructed, easy to use and produces great images. The instructions are clear. I used the unit to inspect a sewer with many connections, old cast iron pipe and newer PVC. I was able to inspect to 48' without difficulty. The onscreen distance is a great feature. The images when viewed on a computer are even better than when viewed on the unit itself. Staff were very helpful and prompt in response, taking into account the time zone difference.
