I bought the “Jesus Christ Applique Unisex Hoodie” they advertised it as having a big crucifix patch sown on the back in a rug like material and a vibrant white cross on the front however when I received it the so called “patch” was actually a really poorly printed on photo of the patch, Total SCAM. Do not waste your money. For a so called Christian brand they should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people. I am not even going to bother asking for a refund as I know I will not get one.
My wife recieved her t-shirt. The shirt is supposed to say "Gratitude and Grace" it says "Gratitude and Grack". Company offered 15 percent off another order. We do not want the shirt and do not have confidence to order again after seeing these reviews. Stay away!!!
Awful awful awful. 1st the delivery takes forever. 2nd my shirts arrived and were VERY poor quality. The printing was blurred, color off, and even inconsistent in some areas. I emailed their customer service and it took them more than a week to reply (although their website says 24 hr response). I notified them of the issue and sent photos as proof as THEY requested. They said I could send the shirts back but then wanted me to pay for it to be returned. Their website says the customer would not responsible if the return was not caused by them. If my shirts were received as advertised, then I would've gladly kept them but I'm not keeping poorly done shirts obviously. I explained this to them and they tried to haggle with me back and forth via email about how much they would return back and said "we spend a lot of money on goods and logistics". OK sure, but then also spend time on quality control and ensuring the product looks like it's supposed to and as advertised. Don't expect the consumer to pay for your shortcomings and then be OK with coming even more of pocket. Never ever EVER buy from them! As a "Christian" brand, they should be ashamed of themselves.
Quality is low and I tried to return something that was the wrong size and they will not answer me very vague on the return policy they said they would respond within 24 hours I have sent 5 emails not one have been responded to absolutely ridiculous I’m getting screwed over I have a small hoodie and I do not want it they will not answer me it has been over a month, horrible would not recommend unless you are okay with a low quality shirt press t shirt price was fair but not for quality ratio
Order process was easy. I had products at my door in 2 weeks. No issues at all and shirts are not the best quality but far from the worst I’ve had from other companies. I would say quality is average or above.
It's as the title says. After a LONG shipping period, the wrong product will arrive and they will take 2 weeks to even reply to your email. The quality of the product I recieved is cheap at best, just avoid buying from this company entirely as it's obviously a Chinese drop-shipping scam.
The customer service is non existent they offered me $10 refund on an over $60 order. The HAND IS PHYSICALLY RIPPING OFF THE SHIRT. I started my communication in DECEMBER. It’s end of January and they only respond if I’m lucky once every two weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!
First of all my order was a Christmas gift I ordered it after Thanksgiving and didn’t get it till 2 weeks after Christmas! Then I had to email them 3 times about an exchange I needed for my son’s sweatshirt. I was told I had to return it with my own money and if I didn’t want to do that I can reorder the correct size with a 15% discount and give away the sweatshirt that didn’t fit. WHAT sucks cause this brand has such a good message that my teenage son loves!
Extremely slow shipping and subpar product. I ordered 2 tshirts and the didn’t ship until 12 days later. I requested a cancellation on day 10 with no response. Got an email on day 12 that they had shipped. The product comes from China (wish I had researched that better bc I never would have ordered them knowing they came from China) and took another 12 days to get to me. The shirts are very cheap— not worth the money or the wait. Now they have responded to my email (3 weeks later) and said if I want to return them, I am responsible for the return shipping, and it will be over $20.
I just received my order and this is a Joke I want my refund back. the quality of this order is trash. this does not represent what'a shown online. the glue on the print is spreaded. this supposed to be an oversized shirt and is too small. did not arrived on time. if I coul put a 0 I would.

Now I’m reading everything comes right from china even though it’s stated UK as well is it often being Chinese sizing so they run small all things not mentioned on website Stop playing with people using the lords name
It took just over 3 weeks to arrive, and therefore wasn't on time for Christmas. The shirts are poor quality, thick plastic ironed on. I would not purchase from here again.
I’m extremely disappointed with SaveByBlood. My order is now going on three weeks with no product received and no meaningful updates. A tracking number was issued, but it has shown no movement or information for almost the entire time. Customer communication has been basically nonexistent, which is unacceptable for an online business. At this point, it feels misleading and untrustworthy, and honestly, it comes across as a scam to me. What makes this even more frustrating is that the company appears to use faith-based messaging to build trust, yet doesn’t follow through with basic customer service or transparency. If you’re going to represent Christian values, accountability and honesty should come first. I would strongly caution others before ordering until this company proves it can actually deliver products and communicate with customer

If I had the chance I would give them no stars. Looks like I’m not the only one having issues with receiving my order. Now I am regretting my order with them even more. “We'll do everything we can to make sure you love your experience with us.” It seems they can’t stand by this statement. Their company is shady. I ordered my items on November 28. I still don’t have them!!! The last tracking scan noted that a label was created for USPS, one week ago!!! But the shipment hasn’t been handed over to them from the international shipping carrier yet. This company won’t do a thing about it no matter how many emails I send. I will be writing more reviews regarding my experience with this company. These are the only Christmas presents that I ordered for my kid. I don’t have it within my means to go out and get replacement gifts being that I’ve already spent money with on this company. They’ve had near a month to get my shipment to me and have done nothing with the shipping carriers to work with them to get my shipment to me. Their lack of communication is horrible. They should not be running a business like this if they can’t handle the volume. If I don’t have that package in hand by today or tomorrow, then I will be reaching out to my credit card company to report fraud and get my money back.
1st Ordered the shirts and took nearly 3 weeks to get them with no info send from company 2nd Order 2 sizes up from what you wear must be Asian sizes they send. 3rd Forget about trying to send them back took 2 calls to the bbb and 5 emails to even get them to respond back. Guess I learned by lesson never order anything from China will put posts on Facebook Instagram and wherever I can to warn others of this sorry scamming company. Shame it's a religious so called company must me ran by a atheist or something
Product is shipped from China. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and tracking still shows that the item is at departure airport. Can't speak on quality of the items because the shipping time has prevented me getting them to give as the gifts I planned.
