My order arrived in Australia within just seven days, and when I realised I had chosen a size far too large, their team resolved it immediately after a single email. The professionalism, speed, and genuine care they showed were outstanding. I’m extremely satisfied and will absolutely be purchasing many more items from Scacto in the future. ### ★★★★★ Great quality - Maureen Gregory · 2026-10-19 Great quality, excellent fitted and wonderful customer service. ### ★★★★★ I bought a jacket with an open back - Arelys Tejada · 2026-10-17 I bought a jacket with an open back; it’s beautiful and elegant. I sent in a request for an exchange for a different size and was messaged back the next day in the am with a very sweet message. Happily willing to fulfill my wish. At the time of purchase, I was informed by email that the delivery timeframe would be 7–15 days\. This timeframe has been significantly exceeded, and the product was not delivered within the promised period\. When I requested a refund, the company’s representatives told me that the parcel was undergoing customs inspection and that I had to wait up to 60 days from the date of dispatch\. They later explained that this period was part of their internal policy and that the refund would only be processed if the parcel had not been released by customs after the 60\-day threshold had been reached\. I consider this situation unacceptable because the delivery timeframe initially communicated to me was 7–15 days, not 60 days or up to three months\. I have retained all emails and evidence relating to the stated delivery timeframe, the delay, and my refund requests\. Based on my experience, the company’s communication did not provide a clear and prompt solution, and my refund request has not been resolved to date\. I recommend that anyone considering ordering from this website carefully review the delivery terms and refund policy beforehand and retain all correspondence with the company\. This is my personal experience, and I am presenting the situation based on the documents and messages in my possession\. ### ★★★★★ Beautiful Dress! - Tanya · 2026-09-19 I purchased the Panel Slit Mesh Maxi Dress in Black.
