I apologize that our previous emails were vague; we wanted to be sure of the issue before confirming. It looks like the manufacturer accidentally omitted the suite number on the original shipping label, causing the package to be returned to them. We sent a replacement shipment on 1/9. The good news is that it is currently Out for Delivery according to UPS and should arrive today! Please let us know if you don't receive it by this evening. (2026-01-15): Thanks for the kind words, Kit.
