The experience, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations due to significant shortcomings in their customer service and returns process. Order Issue: Wrong Item Received Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the company had sent the wrong dress. Naturally, I contacted Sdcts to resolve this issue, expecting a straightforward process to return the incorrect item and receive either a refund or the correct product. Returns Process and Communication Sdcts instructed me to return the dress; however, they insisted that I would be responsible for the shipping costs. This was disappointing, as the error was on their part. I engaged in several email exchanges with their customer service team, hoping for a resolution that would not require me to incur additional expenses for their mistake. Despite multiple communications, their response remained unchanged: "Sorry, we don’t pay for shipping cost." This meant that in order to rectify their error, I would need to pay out of pocket to return the dress. Moreover, there was no assurance from Sdcts that I would receive a refund or the correct item once they received the return. Professionalism and Customer Care The handling of this situation by Sdcts fell short of basic standards of professionalism and customer care. When a company makes a mistake with an order, it is reasonable for the customer to expect the business to rectify the issue at no additional cost to them. By refusing to cover return shipping and failing to guarantee a refund or replacement, Sdcts has demonstrated a lack of regard for customer satisfaction and confidence. Conclusion Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Sdcts for online shopping. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their error and the lack of professional courtesy in resolving the issue leaves much to be desired.
