They get confused with street number and apt number which needs to be clarified as I phoned them and rectified the mistake Then me ssage was sent out my delivery will take place on certain date and certain time. One of the message was sent out 10 o’clock at nite which says the parcel will be delivered within an hour….I waited in the lobby(as it is an apt building) of course nobody showed up only received a message…. We could not deliver your package as we could not gain access into the building or there is nobody at home The package was subsequently delivered the next afternoon( though the time given was 915-1.15pm) This local courier service is not trustworthy! Now then watch…beautiful Instruction has to be sign on and go to WeChat Too many steps not user friendly at all,how can foreigners handle the registration and warranty…needs improvement in this regard > 商家回复 (2026-10-09): Thank you for taking the time to share your full experience with us. We are glad the watch itself meets your expectations and that customs clearance went smoothly. We sincerely apologise for the frustrating issues caused by the local last‑mile courier in Canada, including address confusion and unreliable delivery notifications. This is certainly not the smooth delivery we aim for our customers. We also take your feedback very seriously regarding the WeChat‑based warranty registration. We understand it creates unnecessary hurdles for international customers and we are reviewing ways to improve this process for overseas buyers. ### ★★★★★ This Watch Has More Class Than I Do - Mike Coyle · 2026-09-16 · 已验证 I put this watch on and instantly started speaking in a slightly posher accent — that's the power of classic elegance, apparently. The 40mm case hits that sweet spot of 'distinguished' without veering into 'I might be a Bond villain,' and the small seconds sub-dial is such a sharp little detail that I've caught myself staring at it during meetings instead of paying attention. Build quality is solid, it wears like a dream, and somehow it makes me look more put-together than I actually am, which is really all I ask of an accessory. Ten out of ten, would trick people into thinking I have my life together again. > 商家回复 (2026-09-17): Thank you so much for this wonderful, entertaining review! We’re glad the 40mm case and small seconds sub-dial bring you so much joy. It’s amazing to hear the watch gives you that elegant, put-together vibe. Hope you keep enjoying this beautiful timepiece! ### ★★★★★ Fantastic and prompt support from their… - AKASH VADAKKAL JAYAN · 2026-09-04 · 已验证 Fantastic and prompt support from their team and an absolute gem of a watch ### ★★★★★ SEAGULL ST2130 MOVEMENT - DIMITRIS GKOTSIS · 2026-08-19 · 已验证 I ORDERED A SEAGULL ST2130 MOVEMENT. Thank you. ### ★★★★★ Highly recommended - Ulli · 2026-06-24 · 已验证 I would have expected a design like that rather from a Quartz watch, but that makes it interesting for fans of mechanical watches. The colored squares aren't just printed, they are elevated. Although the watch face, which shows a TV testpattern is of course complex, the hands are easy to read. Only the weekday indicator is a bit difficult to read, because it is kept in grey not white, but the designers shurely had a reason for doing that. Otherwise, the watch is a comfortable size and the rubber strap makes it pleasing to wear. I am very happy with this item. > 商家回复 (2026-07-02): Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review — we truly appreciate the time you took to share your observations. Your note on the weekday indicator is also very helpful — we will pass this feedback on to our design team for future consideration. We are also pleased that you find the watch comfortable to wear and that the rubber strap adds to the overall experience. Thank you again for your support and for choosing Sea-Gull. We hope you continue to enjoy your watch for many years. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/seagullwatchofficial.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/seagullwatchofficial.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
