We’re sorry to hear that the knife sharpener did not meet your expectations. While dissatisfaction with this product is quite rare, we completely respect that every customer may have different preferences and experiences. We also want to clarify that our return and refund policies, including the 20% restocking fee and return shipping responsibility, are publicly posted on our website prior to purchase to ensure transparency for all customers. These policies help cover processing and logistics costs associated with returns. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve both our products and customer experience. —The Seido Knives Team ✨

Thank you for sharing your experience! We completely understand the initial hesitation — great knives are often associated with a much higher price, so it means a lot to hear that our knives exceeded your expectations. We’re thrilled that you’re satisfied with the performance and value. Enjoy your knives and all the great meals ahead! 🔪✨ —The Seido Knives Team
Thank you so much for your continued support! We’re thrilled to have you back and hope you love your new knife just as much as the first. —The Seido Knives Team 🔪✨
Thank you so much for your kind words and for being a returning customer — we truly appreciate your support! We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the quality and value of your knives. Your feedback regarding shipping to PO Boxes is also very helpful. We understand how this can be inconvenient, especially in rural areas like yours, and we’ll certainly take this into consideration as we continue improving our shipping options. Thanks again for choosing Seido Knives — it means a lot to us! 🔪✨
