Quality product and amazing to deal with! Will do business again! ### ★★★★★ 送人的礼物，正中下怀 - Sherry · 2025-06-04 I was on the hunt for a sex swing that would really wow my wife- but let me tell you, the number of options out there can be overwhelming. Thankfully, I connected with Tiffany, who walked me through the choices and made everything way less stressful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I picked the right one. Shipping was fast, and when the swing arrived, I was relieved (and honestly a bit excited) to see that it matched everything I was promised- no surprises, just a great product. Best of all? My wife’s reaction. She was genuinely pleased, and that alone made the entire purchase worth it. If you’re on the fence about getting a sex swing, don’t wait. It’s a total game changer- and in my case, it earned me some major bonus points at home. ### ★☆☆☆☆ 这情况给零分都不为过 - Kris Burns · 2025-01-18 At this point it would be a zero. Have not received the product. Paid for 2 day shipping and have not even received a tracking notification or shipping notification. The number has been disconnected so you can't call and the live chat is not live. > 商家回复 (2025-01-18): Our apologies. You ordered on a weekend and you were sent tracking information on the first business day. We are sorry you did not see that in the email that you used when you placed your order. Furthermore, in said tracking, there was a notice from UPS that there was a delay because of weather. So here again, we are very sorry that we do not control the weather. Rest assured, it is our long term goal to purchase an email company, buy UPS and a machine to control the weather so we can have complete control over all aspects of the American supply chain and hence improve our delivery. - Katy · 2022-02-21 I had a fantastic experience with this company and product. They are very good at overseas shipping. The sticker price is inclusive of shipping and customs. I had a particular question regarding ceiling height and they were so incredibly helpful, offering a variety of solutions. I am so glad that I spent that little bit more for a top-notch piece of kit. ### ★★★★★ Screamer 双钩，简直太棒了 - Michael Thornton · 2021-08-01 I am absolutely happy with the screamer dual hook first swing ever purchased. I bought it as a surprise for my wife (stuff she is really not into) so I hid it and we was doing the normal and I told her that I wanted to show her something when she saw it she was not for it, but she gave it a try and within minutes she was all for it and she got her two O so quick! If anyone knows of a card game for position for a swing only I would love to know so we can draw a card a night to keep interesting? - fitzgerald hawkins · 2020-09-16 i like it,i spend all my time and money in it. i don't regret! Amazing sex! ### ★★★★★ 发货快 - W H · 2020-06-17 Arrived on time ### ★☆☆☆☆ 烂公司 - Bogee · 2020-05-27 Horrible company. Falsely advertises free headrests, then doesn't send them. > 商家回复 (2020-10-13): We are a sex swing company. A headrest is a sex swing accessory. When someone buys a sex swing from us, they get a headrest for free. You purchased a sex swing from another company. Yes, you did buy an accessory from us but why would our system give a sex swing accessory to someone that is not buying a swing? This seems obvious, but it is also clearly stated on our website. We give free headrests when someone buys a swing and a free chain kit when someone buys a sling. That has been our policy for many years and we always try to honor that. ### ★★★★☆ 还挺舒服的 - Bustybigbooty · 2020-05-03 Was quite comfortable, enough hip space for me. Could add extra cushioning though. Overall a great product. - Dave Halbeck · 2020-04-10 Absolutely worst customer service I've experienced. They received my unopened and refused shipment several weeks ago and have not issued a refund, and routinely dodge emails. Cheaper options exist at other vendors. Never again. > 商家回复 (2020-04-24): Sorry for any confusion. Your refund was issued and there was confusion because you ordered more than one swing and only refused part of the order and so the warehouse was waiting to receive the other part of the order back. We did not know that you were keeping half of it. Super easy and honest about what I needed.. I tried the pull-up bar method but if you spend the time to secure it to a stud in the ceiling, you can get MUCH more hip space. My SO really likes it as it takes pressure of an injured back. The swing is also a good way to strengthen the core muscles of your abdomen. Don't cheap out on a swing. Just get this one or the 360 degree model. So far, so good! She loved the gift. The swing arrived in a timely manner and was a great sensation for both of us. Seems well designed, strong and well-built. Padding on the seat and back rest could be much better, even as an additional option. We will probably add sheepskin or other soft material to wrap around the seat, etc for better comfort. Head rest provided is a must. Don't buy another swing without it... this is the best one! Also, very important, if mounting to ceiling joist, we suggest buying high quality indoor swing ceiling hardware available on Amazon. Enjoy! I ordered the Screamer dual-hook after pouring over tons of different reviews and sites. The product was priced best on sexswing.com, so i used the chatbox to ask a few more questions before I got it. The stand was on backorder, but Lisa said they would have more in about 3 weeks, so they added me to an email list to alert me when it came back in stock. I ordered the stand as soon as I got the email and it showed up in 2 or 3 days. Using the videos provided on the site, I had the stand and swing set up within 5 minutes. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the product. And the headrest that they throw in with every swing order is a huge bonus. It reduces the ab work to let the user relax more fully and enjoy that final collapse. This site is run by folks that really know their product and want their customers to be fully satisfied (sorry, not sorry for the pun). Order was complete, delivered on time, and web site was very helpful. Will do business with you again. Very helpful and Abby is great I haven’t Goethe chance to put them in my rooms at secrets hideaway but after the first of the year we plan on going down take some photos thanks for everything Mike & Dawn > 商家回复 (2019-12-29): We are so excited to get some pictures and share where people can test out the swings! You picked some good choices with the White Whipsmart- it will look so awesome plus the Screamer! We will have to stop into Secrets and see your setup soon! Ordering this swing was easy and a great choice. I’m glad it came with everything it needed. It work great with the hooks I placed in ceiling. When placing my initial order I added some hardware that I didn’t realize was already included with the kit. Abby emailed me the next day to verify that I wanted the extra hardware but let me know I didn’t really need it. Right after placing my order I saw there was an even more elaborate kit available. So I asked if I could change the order. I was able to pay the difference and get all the bells and whistles. Awesome customer experience. Thank you for the great customer service! Shipped quickly. Arrived on time, and packaged discreetly. Very satisfied.
