None of them were available in the USA, and its really difficult to get answers of when the parts are being shipped. From my experience its cheaper and faster to order through Alibaba or any other Chinese supplier then to go through Senfeng. For any technical questions, it takes days to get it resolved. Our machine has been down for a month and still no answers of when the parts are getting here. Their after-sales service is extremely poor, and they completely fail to honor their warranty commitments. I purchased a Panel Bender and a Tube Laser Machine, spending more than USD 235,000 in total. Both machines have had continuous problems, and despite repeated follow-ups for over four years, the company has not taken any responsibility to repair or resolve the issues. Their product quality and service support are both unacceptable. Please be very careful before dealing with this company.
