I've used them before and it was fine-ish, but their server keeps crashing when you try to use the tool you bought. It's horrendous. I leave negative reviews here only when support acts like yours – rude, ignoring, and blocking people. Likewise, on email, they replied asking for my details, been about 4 hours and no response. I purchased the product over 24 hours ago and they have advertised delivery within 24 hours.
