While production follows the approved artwork, we understand that the finished product may sometimes differ from a customer's expectations. Although we are unable to remake the order in this case, we have offered a goodwill compensation and remain committed to finding a reasonable solution. Hello Chris Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. Regarding the sizing, the 6526 and 6472 styles you purchased are both produced according to standard sizing specifications, with a 58 cm crown circumference and an adjustable snapback closure designed to fit a wide range of head sizes. For customers who prefer a roomier fit, we also offer the 6526L, which is designed with a larger crown size and may be a better option. Thank you again for your feedback. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a style that better matches your sizing preferences in the future. Best Regards
