I ordered two ceiling lights for €500 based on images of what looked like expertly sewn, high-quality fabric. What arrived was a cheap, poorly made imitation in the wrong color and a rough, low-grade material. When I requested a return label and a refund for the second (unreceived) item, the nightmare began. They ignore daily emails or send vague promises without action. They even tried to threaten me, saying that contacting my bank would "cause me problems." Be aware: This is a drop-shipping company from China with no published address or phone number. They present themselves as a European company, but they do not follow EU consumer protection laws.
