I have been waiting 2 months for my fridge, was told twice that the fridge and the replacement I picked were out of stock after picking with a representative. I had to email and call several times to get a single work around answer every time I tried to follow up. I didn't get any actual help until I mass emailed everyone that had responded to my emails after the tried to charge me more money, telling them I wasn't sending them another penny, and that they were going to fix my order or there would be action taken against the company. The shipping company is just as horrible. I was supposed to FINALLY receive my fridge last week. My husband rescheduled his appointments to be home for them to reschedule last minute without saying anything. I would cancel my order if it was an option. They are so inefficient, that they have to call you everyday after placing your order with a LIVE Agent, to review your order daily with you. I finally cancelled after the fourth call, but they did not cancel the order. The order was shipped by the manufacturer, and they expected me to take delivery. They thought that offering a 150.00 discount would be sufficient. Return was fine. Fridge was shipped directly from carrier (I paid for install) so it sat in my courtyard for weeks. New freezer was arranged to ship from Shop Appliances so they could install with fridge. Day of delivery I was told by driver they could not install and would send a different team. Didn't hear from them in over a week and called back. Was told they are not qualified to install and to find my own installers. It has taken 2 months to try and get both refunds for installation and countless hours on the phone with SA. Eventually had to dispute with my credit card. Asked them to provide detailed billing report and I was sent screenshots of ChatGBT. Such a headache and customer support is a crapshoot. Despite purchasing from them, I was informed that the expected delivery date was August 10th, but the actual delivery date was delayed by five days, resulting in a total delay of a week. Furthermore, I was only informed about the delivery two days prior to the scheduled date, leaving me with limited time to adjust my plans for four hours on Saturday morning. The company’s communication regarding the delivery was inadequate, as they repeatedly asked the same questions without providing any concrete information about the delivery date. Additionally, I paid for the removal of my old refrigerator, but the company failed to inform me that they would leave me with the large cardboard box (which was larger than the refrigerator) and claimed that this was not their responsibility. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this company. Not only did ShopAppliance.com take the side of the incompetent delivery company, they are charging customer a fee for THEIR MISTAKES!!!! Unbelievably rude and arrogant customer service agents!! None of my properties or businesses will ever use ShopAppliance.com again.
