DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TOTAL SHAMBLES. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Bad experience - Kimmo Virtanen · 2026-10-12 First they overcharged me, but returned the difference after complaint. Then I received wrong item, but according to them it is what I ordered. They offered 3 GBP as compensation. Also their size guide isn't accurate. Avoid this company. Horrible customer service. ### ★★★★★ This is the first time I've ever used… - Michael Ryan · 2026-10-08 This is the first time I've ever used this company and would 💯 recommend them. They kept me informed almost daily of where my package was. So helpful and informative. It's 5 stars from me 👍 ### ★★★★★ Very easy to order on the website very… - Gary Pickett · 2026-10-04 Very easy to order on the website very quick delivery ### ★★★★☆ Good service - MRS LINDA BROWN · 2026-10-01 Delivery etc was good did think the quality of the shirt would have been thicker material but it is ok ### ★★★☆☆ Delivery was shocking - keith mason · 2026-09-30 The polo shirt and t shirt are fine. P&P was quite quick but the courier just threw the parcel over the wall at the front of the house by a plant pot on full view to anyone walking past. Didn’t knock or ring the doorbell didn’t even open the gate to walk down the drive. Because of this delivery method unfortunately I won’t be ordering of you again, I will try a different supplier. ### ★★★★★ Easy to order - Carolyn · 2026-09-29 Easy to order, regularly tracking update and quick delivery ### ★☆☆☆☆ I would give this company 0 if I could - Lisa Lee · 2026-09-27 I would give this company 0 if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 4 tops but only 3 arrived after a long time. The quality is absolutely rubbish. The one I have missing is the one I was looking forward to the most. Tried emailing and they're suggesting a neighbour could have taken it in or gone to local posting office. What a load of rubbish. They would've put all 4 in parcel together. Basically theyve not sent it. It's too much trouble trying to explain to them. Just a lesson learnt ,never to buy from these again🤬🤬 ### ★★★☆☆ A long wait for products to arrive - patrick mcmahon · 2026-09-16 I didn’t realise the products were coming from China ,they took a long time to arrive ,I’m a bit disappointed in the quality but I cannot be bothered sending them back . ### ★☆☆☆☆ Something's not right here - JohnBoy · 2026-09-16 Just purchased a polo shirt which I paid for through PayPal, which amounted to £25.98. Having authorised this payment I then got an email from PayPal thanking me for my order telling me I had spent £31.18, This included £5.20 VAT??? A 2nd email arrived from shopbritstyle included an invoice for the original amount authorised by PayPal. It is NOT shown at the point of purchase that there is an extra 5.20 to pay. They claim it is for VAT. Paypal tells me that a merchant can add "taxes" AFTER you authorise a payment. Not sure a company in China can charge VAT, when they are billing you from china The added amount makes the purchase not good value. Something's not right here. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Temu style cr*p - Eamonn Leacy · 2026-08-22 Temu style cr*p, really poor quality. ### ★★★★★ I like the shirts very much a good buy. - Graham Braddock · 2026-08-17 I like the shirts very much a good buy. Quality is very good. ### ★★★★★ Great items great quality - Darren Hargreaves · 2026-08-15 Great items great quality , kept up to date with all tracking details highly recommended ### ★★★★★ A excellent quality product and great… - Andrew Moore · 2026-08-11 A excellent quality product and great price for the product ### ★★★★★ The item looks good - Brian Davison · 2026-08-11 The item looks good, it arrived yesterday after a few weeks waiting , the fit is good I look fwd to wearing it. ### ★★★★★ Quick delivery - Tim Mercer · 2026-08-11 Quick delivery, great shirt with a perfect fit. ### ★★★★★ The shirt is fantastic - Nigel · 2026-08-11 The shirt is fantastic, just a pity it took so long to get here. I ordered it mid July so I could wear it on Yorkshire Day (1st August) and it didn't arrive until the 9th. It will be great for next year! ### ★★★★★ Great easy purchase - Liam Frost · 2026-08-10 Great easy purchase and informative delivery details and where the package is in that process. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/shopbritstyle.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/shopbritstyle.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
