I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They said to keep it, and they would refund me a portion. I said no that it was useless and I wanted a full refund. I sent the costume back paying $92. Months later and I am still waiting. It is now 6/2/2026 and the last time they emailed me was 4/23/2026 telling me they didn't get it. The email they sent with the address to ship it back isn't even the address online. Total Scam. I needed to purchase a bear costume for a project, and they had a great bear, so it seemed. NOTHING like the costume on their site at all. Their response? "We tried our best to make it for you", meaning they are trying to clone someone elses product. IN asking for a full reimb/return, they said they could if I paid the shipping back! Mind you it shipped from CHINA vs the US where they said it was "in stock" and able to ship from the US. EVERY step of this process was completely miserable, and they are noting but liars selling knockoff crap that isnt even a shadow of the product they are claiming to sell. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
