We understand that being out of the country put you in a tough spot regarding the timeline. However, because the batteries were purchased online and our return window is 30 days, we simply aren't able to process returns or exchanges more than six months after purchase. Our Customer Relations Manager has offered to help provide a discount on another inverter so you can integrate the batteries into your system. We understand it wasn't the exact outcome you were hoping for, but we value the trust you placed in us over the years and wish you all the best with your system. (2026-07-29): Hi David, It really is all about the people, and we couldn't agree more!
