Hi Ashley, Thank you so much for the kind review! We love hearing that your first trade show display with us was a hit and you were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the artwork graphics and hardware. We look forward to working on your next display design in the near future :)

We’re delighted to hear the process—from purchase to design to delivery—was smooth and efficient, and that everything arrived quickly and met your expectations.

Chris, We would appreciate if you could change or remove this poor review. If you simply gave us a call to further discuss the confusion you were experiencing when placing your order rather than trying to exploit us and the information we provide on our website. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $900 all year round, regardless of the current sale information we have on our website at anytime. It is on every single product page we have written right above the add to cart button. This review rating is quite harsh when we are more than willing to work with clients that call us seeking further clarification and are not trying to exploit our website information and hold us hostage for shipping costs. The information we provide is common for other competitors in the industry. Regardless, we have updated it and a simple call would have clarified everything for you instead of trying to find technicalities to confront us with and argue about via email. As you can see, we have many client reviews that are pleased with our customer service and we recommend calling us next time if you have any questions or concerns, instead of writing a review that makes us look bad or as you called it, "sketchy marketing".

Hello Adam, We are pleased to know that you are happy with our service and products, and that we were able to get your order completed on time for your event :)
