I thought they were legit because they were advertising through Facebook Marketplace. Their scam is that they offer huge discounts on clothing and accessories, charge your credit card within seconds of okaying the shopping cart and then…nothing. Nothing showed up. When I wrote them, they said their warehouse was overwhelmed and they were having trouble getting orders out but that I should get my items by Christmas. I did get tracking information so I thought my order was on its way. When I got notice of delivery I rushed home but when I got there I found a very tiny package. They had sent me a ring (fake and ugly) I of course wrote them immediately and the first answer back was that my order had been successfully delivered, they had proof of delivery. I immediately wrote back with photos showing them the ring was what they sent me and again they answered but this time said that it was a small gift to me in appreciation of my waiting for them to catch up in production. I again wrote back. A very angry letter demanding my money back and did get a reply. In order for me to not have the costly return shipping charge for the ring they sent me, they offered to give me 40% of my money back and I could keep the ring. That’s the scam! Fraud and theft. There is no other products. They just have a warehouse full of ugly rings that they send people. I guess most people would go for the partial discount in order to get any money back. I just stopped communication with them and am trying to get my money back via my credit card. That’s not going well either. Hard lesson learned for me. If you can find the ad again, you can report it to Facebook but they won’t do anything about it either.
