I purchased a hoody sweater with a nice design from Sirweara online. The size was supposed to be a man’s 5XL but when my product arrived it was like a North American medium to large, not at all 5XL as advertised. The material was not very well made and the design was not a ruff feel but more of a painted or inked on design. The company has no phone number only an e-mail contact and so far they have not contacted me back yet for a return authorization number or refund. The address listed on the package was from a local courier company in Burnaby BC which they use the service for drop shipping out their products. I rate the company one star for poor customer service, poor quality of their product and the incorrect sizing for North American being used and advertised as.

Well, I'm gonna be honest in the pictures. They look very nice and good. Look like good material and I hope when I get it. I hope it be satisfying to me. And I love Wolf items and gorilla. Items? So now I have to wait until I receive my items to let you know more. And thank you. Now I get to respond on my 2. Items that they said they sent me which I did not get at all. What company sends something to you about 2 o'clock AM in the morning? Never have. I ever seen anybody deliver something at that time of a morning which I did not get my items at all. I am very upset. I'm trying to get my merchandise or either my My money back, I get no kind of response. I did a email. They have not respond to me at all. The company is there anybody out there that can help me? I need a phone number to the place or something. To get deeply in contact with that company which I never received anything. I would love to put a lawsuit on them. Please help me. Here's my number. 224-324-2124 PLEASE SOMEBODY OUT THERE. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MERCHANDISE OR HELP ME GET A PHONE NUMBER TO THAT COMPANY. Looks for 10% like on the website

that the product wouldn't be so beautiful like the website, I knew that before ordering. but if it was 50% I would be happy... payed 16$ for deliverance in 3 days, got it in 2 weeks (christmas sweaters delivered after christmas) and they arevery bad fleece quality that only looks 10% like the sweater on the website. So, DON'T ORDER HERE
